Please also check your junk mail folders as sometimes the non instant downloads that we email to you can go there.

All Designs added to SOTDIGITIZING on or after 29th November 2010 are available as Instant Download and can be accessed from your order history via MY ACCOUNT on the website after checkout is complete. Remember, designs originally uploaded prior to the 29th November 2010 will be emailed to you. Please note that instant downloads are available immediately regardless of any "STILL PROCESSING" message.
